1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@yeafone.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
